This rapid networking event can help you “find your perfect match” (with SAP partner solutions).
This event offers 45-minute sessions throughout Day 1 & Day 2, where a curated group of SAP partners come together to showcase their solutions. You’ll get the opportunity to learn about multiple partners through this speed networking format. Learn about their products and how they augment SAP SFSF solutions.
How it works: You get 10-minute rounds with a partner rep — when the bell rings, you move to another partner. During that 10 minutes:
- You’ll see a product presentation
- Answer level-setting questions so the rep can gauge your needs
- Hear about the challenges the solution solves
- You can share any upcoming projects you have or specific solutions you’re looking for
- Before the bell rings, you’ll establish your next steps with this partner
When: 45-minute sessions through Day 1 & Day 2.

Want to make the most of your time at SuccessConnect 2023? Follow these 5 steps to get the most bang for your buck while you’re there.
1. Plan ahead
SuccessConnect is full of opportunities to learn and network, but it can be overwhelming with the 180+ sessions! Planning will help maximize your time.
Identify what stage your company is in…
- Networking and specific breakout sessions can be helpful if you're in the implementation stage.
- The show floor is excellent for finding niche partners to help solve a specific business problem if you’re already up and running with SAP SFSF solutions.
Check out the Product Roadmap Sessions Catalog and leverage the agenda builder — it’s key to maximizing your time.
Also, reach out to your SAP SFSF account support team — they’re pros at this. They can recommend sessions to attend and people for you to meet and network with.
If you’re attending with other team members, dividing and conquering is a good idea. Prioritize the most important topics, then divvy up sessions and partner contact throughout your team.
2. Take advantage of conference sponsor events
Many sponsors pull out all the stops when it comes to networking events. These are great for discovering new products, unveiling the latest tech, and building relationships with product reps.

3. Look after yourself
It’s an info-packed 3 days with a lot of ground to cover. Follow these 5 tips to prevent getting worn out before the conference ends.
- Be sure to wear supportive, broken-in shoes and comfy clothes.
- Wear layered clothing — crowds can make for a hot, stuffy environment. You might need to shed a layer from time to time.
- Take a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Schedule time for lunch and dinner. Scheduling meal times is good for reconnecting with your team and giving yourself a break.
- Reflection time is essential. The amount of information you’ll absorb can be overwhelming — schedule time to read over your session notes and jot down your thoughts and ideas while they’re fresh.
4. Stay Flexible
While prioritizing and planning are essential, staying flexible will help you maximize this year’s SuccessConnect. So keep your mapped plan close, but take time to savor the experience.
Be open to popping into sessions you stumble on if your schedule allows it. Sign up for parties and events — most partners advertise their events, which are great for networking.
Remember, sometimes the most valuable networking happens on the fly, so be ready to adapt to take advantage of relationship building.
5. Plan your debriefing
Schedule a post-conference debrief with your team to share ideas. This lets those who didn’t attend benefit from your time and energy spent at the conference.
Committing to a debrief helps you stay accountable for keeping notes & jotting down new info while it’s fresh on your mind.
